Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that their business, products, services, and claims comply with all applicable laws and platform policies, including but not limited to:

  • Google Ads policies
  • Meta Ads policies
  • FTC advertising regulations
  • TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and A2P 10DLC requirements

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for businesses engaging in prohibited, deceptive, or non-compliant practices.

 

  1. SMS, Call & A2P Messaging Consent

By submitting your phone number through our website, landing pages, forms, ads, or client campaigns, you expressly consent to receive communications from Redline Marketing & Dezign and/or its clients, including:

  • SMS/MMS messages
  • Phone calls (including automated or AI-assisted calls)

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the prior 30 days.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or decisions made by third-party providers.
